The problem
BinkyBro had email and SMS programs running but they weren't pulling their weight. Campaigns were generic, flows were basic templates with no brand alignment, and there was no systematic approach to segmentation or testing.
The visual design didn't match the brand's personality. SMS was underperforming with limited subscriber growth. They needed a complete overhaul of both channels.
