Bio

Henry co-founded BRCG to build the operating layer underneath the work. Before BRCG he ran program operations at lifecycle-heavy DTC and consumer-tech brands, where he saw the same failure pattern repeat: strong creative or strategy that died because the rhythm, QA, and handoff layer wasn't there to ship it weekly.

He runs operations at BRCG end to end — engagement standup, weekly cadence design, briefing flow, QA pass, post-send reporting. Every BRCG client engagement runs on a single weekly rhythm: one campaign in flight, one in design, one in QA, with a Friday readout. Henry built that rhythm and keeps it honest across the team running campaigns for Discord, Twitch, Rhoback, Owner.com, Zero, BinkyBro, Glorious Gaming, Inner Balance, Atmosfy, and more.

He writes on operational topics: how teams ship CRM work without errors, what deliverability auditing actually looks like, the briefing flow that separates programs that move fast from programs that lurch, and the boring infrastructure that lets the creative work land.

On the call: he's the person who scopes the engagement, builds the team around it, and stays accountable to the cadence once the work starts.
