What if we already have an in-house CRM manager?
Great. We work alongside them. Most of our clients have someone internal who owns the relationship. We handle the builds, the data architecture, the design, and the optimization. Your CRM manager gets to focus on strategy instead of drowning in execution.
Can you work inside our existing tools?
Yes. We're certified on Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, HubSpot, and Customer.io. If you're on one of those platforms, we'll work inside it. If you're on something else, we'll evaluate whether it makes sense to migrate or build on what you have.
How does pricing work?
Monthly retainer based on scope and channels. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices. Most engagements start between $8K and $15K per month. We'll give you a real number on the first call.
How quickly can you start?
