Can you take over our Customer.io workspace?
Yes — workspace takeover is the common shape. The first two weeks are a full audit: Journey review, attribute + event taxonomy, Segment hygiene, deliverability, webhook integrations, Liquid template debt. You get a ranked gap list and the operating cadence picks up in week three.
What's the turnaround on a new Campaign or Journey?
Five to ten business days for a standard transactional or lifecycle Campaign — copy, Liquid build, QA, deliverability check. Multi-channel Journeys with webhook steps and Collections dependencies usually run two to three weeks.
Will you handle the webhook integrations and Data Pipelines?
Yes. We write the inbound and outbound webhook handlers, set up Customer.io Data Pipelines (the Segment-acquired CDP), wire the warehouse with reverse-ETL, and instrument the events that earn their cost. The engineering side of lifecycle is part of the engagement.
We're migrating to Customer.io. Can you handle the technical work?
Yes. We've pulled brands off Iterable, Braze, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, SFMC, Marketo, HubSpot, Responsys, and in-house systems onto Customer.io. Event taxonomy mapped, parallel-write integrity, templates rebuilt in Liquid, deliverability preserved. Recent: Claimable's full stack from legacy ESP to Customer.io with ongoing ops.
Are you writing the Liquid and content, or just planning?
All in-house. Liquid templates, content blocks, Collections configuration, webhook code, Data Pipelines wiring, QA. You don't need to staff a separate Customer.io engineer alongside us.
