Kodie founded BRCG in 2021 after a decade running lifecycle programs at consumer DTC and B2B SaaS brands. The thesis was simple: CRM done well isn't a deliverable an agency ships once, it's a system the agency operates with the brand every week. BRCG was built around that operating model.

At BRCG he runs the partnership side — scoping new engagements, designing the lifecycle architecture, and staying on the call with clients through the first 90 days. He's led the SendGrid → Braze migration at Zero (now a four-year ongoing CRM partnership), the legacy CRM → Iterable + Hightouch CDP migration at Discord (which delivered 100% marketing self-service), and ground-up Klaviyo rebuilds at Inner Balance (CRM share of revenue under 1% → 40%) and Rhoback (+300% signup conversion through 50+ structured A/B tests).
